Combine in a glass with ice.

| Raspberries | 4 |
| Natural syrup | 0.5 oz |
| Lime juice | 0.5 oz |
| Egg white | 0.5 oz |
| Garnish | Raspberry skewer |
Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice and double strain.

Combine all the ingredients in a glass with ice, finishing with the beer.

| Soda water | Top off |
| Garnish | Mint floret |
Muddle and crush the mint, lime juice and sugar, pour into a glass and add the Kalani and crushed ice. Top off with the soda water.

Combine all the ingredients with ice and double strain.

| Agave honey | 0.5 oz |
| Garnish | Pineapple stalk & cardamon |
Shake all the ingredients together with ice and serve.
